Such nostalgia! This is a pic of Taikobou, the main character of the Houshin Engi manga by Fujisaki Ryu. Bou-chan is my favourite character because his unassuming idiotic and reckless exterior hides a caring tactical genius.

And he's funny like hell when he's drunk.
